Laz Alonso wants you to rate his butcher

From a musical dance number featuring Serge (Tomer Kapon) & Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) and the introduction of stranger things 4 star Paul Reiser‘s The Legend on the Hunt for Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles) gets more deadly, do you need more belief to get excited for S03E05 “Last time to watch this world of lies? We didn’t mean it. But just in case… we don’t have anyone but The boys star Laz Alonso (MM aka Marvin T. “Mother’s” Milk) checking in with not only a reminder but also a request for help. You see, Alonso has this ritual where he reads the title of every script he receives in Butcher’s (Karl Urban) voice. And now? Alonso wants you to vote on his impression (as you’ll see in the post below).

In an interview with Variety, Vernon Sanderhead of global television at Amazon Studios, explained how things stand with The boys expanding universe:

“The Boys: Diabolical” season 2? “There’s absolutely the possibility. We were excited when we launched. We thought there was a double opportunity with ‘Diabolical’. One was to excite ‘The Boys’ fans and release it early. But we also wanted to see if there was another bite of the apple once the mothership show returned, and we’re seeing real engagement and growth of the show there. conversations with the producers about what the next episode would look like.”

Untitled academic spinoffs? “We’re thrilled, the dailies look great, we’re excited about the cast we have. There’s absolutely ‘The Boys’, it’s part of the show, but I think the other thing we’re excited about is that. ‘is different in itself It’s certainly been a long road. I have to admit that when Eric Kripke came to talk to us about the spin-off, we were so excited about its potential that we told him we wanted it two years earlier than He didn’t say do it. Eric was great and brought in some great showrunners as well.”

More fallout? “There are ideas beyond the shows we have. We want to keep pace. The launch of the show this season so far has really blown our minds, and I wouldn’t be surprised if you hear more, but right now we’re focused on this next show and making sure it lives up to everything it needs to be, and so far we’re on the right track.”
